Retail Bakery Production Manager |  |

Our client a retail bakery with on site production is currently searching for a manager to oversee an established operation located in the GTA. To be considered for this opportunity you must have at least 5 – 7 years experience managing in a similar environment that includes: Direct supervision of up to 20 people (full and part time) Counter persons – counter – cash – deli – sales and restocking of shelves Bakery staff – variety of bagels – kaisers – danish – bread - biscotti and fine cakes Fine Cakes - variety of fine cakes, pies and tarts; counter, sales and cash Responsibilities: Overseeing the entire operation Continuous improvement Merchandising Marketing Sales Expanding Fine Cakes to include wholesale The ideal candidate for this position is hardworking, confident, able to lead a team and honest.
